The story behind QMEA.
QMEA was established in 2015 and significantly expanded its position in 2019 with the acquisition of IGM Pharmachem, the non-UV business activity of IGM Resins B.V., founded in 1999. The acquisition brought all employees, expertise and ongoing business into QMEA, adding decades of pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals experience. Together, these combined backgrounds represent more than 30 years of experience in chemical development, production and international supply.
At the same time, QMEA operates as an independent and agile organization. Short decision-making lines and a customer-focused approach allow projects to move quickly and pragmatically. This enables QMEA to act as a hands-on partner in both development and supply.
